Visa requirements vary depending on nationality. Please check with your local South African embassy or consulate before travelling.

We recommend applying at least two months before the conference, as visa processing may take up to 30 calendar days.

Official invitation letters can be provided upon request once registration and payment have been completed.

For assistance with visa invitation letters, please email Moore Conferences. If your embassy requires an invitation letter from a South African-based firm, please email Marline Johnson.
