Booking and payment process

Credit card details provided at the time of booking are for guarantee purposes only and will not be charged.

After booking, you will receive a secure payment link from epay-noreply@nedbank.co.za for the required one-night deposit. Your reservation will only be confirmed once payment has been received via the secure payment link or by EFT.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Please note that bookings will be automatically released after 48 hours if the required payment is not received. If you do not receive the payment link, please contact: risha.harry@westin.com. 

Note: Delegates are responsible for making all necessary arrangements related to travel and accommodation for attending the conference.

Delegates must settle their room bills upon departure.

Personal expenses such as room service, mini-bar, spa treatments, and telephone calls are the responsibility of the delegate and must be paid for on the day of departure.
